Convert-To.co provides free online file conversion services, including but not limited to:

• Image to PDF conversion
• PDF merging and splitting
• Image resizing and compression
• Document format conversion

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload files containing malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Upload copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Use automated tools to abuse our services
• Upload files containing personal information of others without consent

3.2 File Content

You are solely responsible for the content of files you upload. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and convert the files you submit to our service.

4. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that our services will be available 100% of the time. We reserve the right to:

• Temporarily suspend services for maintenance
• Modify or discontinue features without notice
• Limit file sizes and conversion quotas
• Block access from certain IP addresses if abuse is detected

5. File Processing and Security

5.1 File Handling

All files uploaded to our service are processed through our trusted third-party partner, CloudConvert:

• Files are sent directly to CloudConvert's secure servers for processing
• We do not permanently store your files on our own servers
• Files are processed automatically by CloudConvert's conversion systems
• All uploaded and converted files are automatically deleted within 15 minutes for enhanced privacy protection
• Neither we nor CloudConvert access, view, or share your files

5.2 Security Measures

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your files during processing. CloudConvert is GDPR-compliant and ISO 27001 certified. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use our services at your own risk.

5.3 Third-Party Processing and Download Window

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Your files are processed by CloudConvert, a trusted third-party file conversion service
• You have a maximum of 15 minutes to download your converted files
• After 15 minutes, all files are automatically and permanently deleted from CloudConvert's servers
• We are not responsible if you fail to download your files within the 15-minute window
• Once deleted, files cannot be recovered - you will need to perform the conversion again
• This 15-minute deletion policy is a privacy feature designed to protect your data

6. Intellectual Property

The Convert-To.co website, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the files you upload and convert.

7.1 Service Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will meet your specific requirements
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All file conversions will be 100% accurate
• The service will be free from viruses or harmful components

7.2 Quality Disclaimer

While we strive to provide high-quality conversions, we cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of converted files. Users should verify converted files before important use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convert-To.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or files
• Business interruption
• Loss of profits or revenue
